Recognized as Centre of Excellence in Dermatology by Vision Group of Science and Technology, Govt. of Karnataka (Rs.40 lakh sanctioned)

Our Department has recently established the BLDE (DU)-DEKA Laser Academy (BDLA) in collaboration with DEKA Lasers, Italy.

Our Department has been awarded by the Indian Association of Dermatologists Venereologists and Leprologists’ Karnataka Chapter as the “Best Department” in the year 2015.

Our faculty hold various National and International high profile Posts and have been invited speakers for various national and international conferences. We are also invited regularly to provide editorial and peer review services by various specialty international and national journals.
